England vs Newzealand 2nd ODI, No result

Newzealand was really unlucky as they needed only 7 more runs in one over to win on D/L calculations, but 20 th over didnt happen as umpires decided the rain is too heavy to continue the match. Brendun McCullum was leading the chase with an unbeaten 60. Match started as a 29 over a side match and then reduced to 24 overs. But for some strange reasons somebody decided to have a 30 minutes innings break, which proved to be a ridiculous decision. Priority should have been to complete the match, as good crowd waited patiently in chilling conditions to start the match. In the end all required was time for one over which was not there.
